Great question. Right after you purchase The Ultimate Car Scratch Remover™ you will receive an email welcome with important links to resources.
If you don't see it right away check you junk folder or if you have Gmail your "Promotions" tab. This is how I communicate with you with resources ect.
We ship within 24 hrs of your order. We use USPS Priority 2-3 business day delivery.
For instance if you purchase on Monday and it's 2 days to your house ...your kit should arrive on Wednesday. (shipping day does not count for transit) If its 3 days you kit would arrive on Thursday.
When we ship you will be emailed tracking so that you can know when your order will be delivered.

1. a welcome with important links to resources.
2. an email with the subject line "Hi we need your vehicle info"
If you don't see it right away check you junk folder or if you have Gmail your "Promotions" tab. This is how I communicate with you with resources ect.
Please reply to the email asking for your vehicle info. It asks for the following.

Mfgr
Model
Paint code
Color
**IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE PAINT CODE THAT'S OK. JUST FILL OUT WHAT YOU DO KNOW.
We will get back to you pronto to show you where to locate the paint code.
Once we confirm your paint code info we mix your paint and assemble and ship your order. We typically ship within 24hrs of confirming your paint code.
We use USPS Priority 2-3 business day delivery. For instance if you order on a Monday and we confirm you paint code info we typically would be shipping your order Tuesday therefore you would recieve your order by Thursday if 2 days ....Friday if 3 days.
